My grandma has been ghosting us for 4 years..

In August 2018, there was a bust up regarding my Grandad's care (he had Alzheimers), which led to my Grandma, Uncle, and Auntie ghosting us. We didn't see Grandad again until several months later when my mum decided to investigate. She rang a number, and by some miracle, the person on the phone accidentally told her what care home he was in. We then found out we needed grandmas permission, which we got. We got to see Grandad again. Turned out he'd been in hospital and then went into a home. My grandma didn't think to tell us that. He died in September last year. At the funeral, we all stood in a line and watched them walk straight past. My nana was in a wheelchair by then. My mum was left out of the funeral speech completely. We never got to say goodbye at the care home as they were there, and he had gone by the time they contacted us. Imagine your own mother ghosting you after 66 years, your grandma after 31 years still alive (we think), ghosting you.
