wife update

Update on my wife, who had a stroke three weeks ago--she opened her eyes a few days ago. While she cannot talk, she does nod her head yes and no to my questions. Great progress. Thank you to all the kind people on here and their prayers and supportive words and thoughts.

My friend passed away from a stroke 3 weeks ago. 36, 3 young kids. Had her own dance school. Beautiful fun loving girl. I’m catholic but not practicing. But do believe in lightning candles and sending positive thoughts. Candle light for you your wife and your family. So glad you got good news with her waking up etc. wishing her a speedy recovery, from Ireland

@45firsttimer Sadly, she passed away last week, after a five month struggle after the stroke. There was just too much brain damage, and it got worse as her body broke down. Now dealing with the aftermath, the quiet, loneliness and new life. Your friend was so young, that is tragic. At least my wife was able to live a full life, leaving behind grown children and young grand children.
