Do you think strict domestic discipline is good?

Between adults is fine if they both agree.

I suspect many parents use strict physical discipline for their own gratification more than the good of the child.

I would like to find out.

Discipline is vital for raising kids . Sexualizing it is perversion and abuse .

I think some of you have an unhealthy obsession with the topic and it's disturbing.

Parents need to be strict but fair. Clear boundries.

My parents was DD and we all was raised the same. When i left home i continued and still to this day live in a DD relationship. Its not for everyone.

I like the Plato's notion of nothing in excess; it's got its place, but it can be overdone.
