I Just Had A AH HA Moment .

I wasnt quite sure what the definition of a narcissist is so looked it up on google . Its my ex and her mother to a T . It explains alot about her behaviour . Its also classified as a personality disorder and they say it can be managed by talk therapy and alot of the time antideppressants as narcissists often suffer with depression which makes them even worse and apparently been proven to improve their behaviour and attitude toward others . I had been asking her for years to seek help and needed to be on antidepressants and she often said there was nothing wrong with her which is also typical denial . She is meant to be seeing a shrink soon thanks to my grandsons social worker . She was more or less forced to because my grandson lives in the same home so obviously the social worker picked up on it . Pity its taken so long , maybe if she had listened to me years ago our marriage might have survived .
