Am I bad if i pretend that i forget to give my bro's money back to him?

I mean he did that all the time when he was still in uni. Like suddenly send me text "hey you have some money? Can i use it? I'll pay you back next month" and it I never happened. Now he got a job. And earlier I asked him to transfer some money to my friend for i order brownies from her. And I told him ima give him some cash. He didn't ask me after he wire the money. And I'm like "it's just few bucks and I'm the one who provide the food in this family"

Yeah, still. I think what i do is bad. But.. ugh idk
