Did I Miss Anything?

Hi !

Sorry that I've been MIA for a little while....life just gets in the way sometimes, doesn't it?

So...quick update!

Our Hope has been a little stressed what with SATS - essentially exams for children - testing her Maths and English. She's a good kid; hate to see her upset - first time, since being a baby, that I've seen her cry. Breaks my heart....

...and we've got our old house back! Yay! Cost a lot more than we sold it for - the 'perks' of inflation, I guess - but should be a nice holiday home for us. I really miss the Midlands...

...work has been good...the weather's been nice....

So....have I missed anything on here? What's been happening?

Now the Republicans in the US are going to ban abortions then contraception, followed by gay marriage and interracial marriage. So basically no one is going to bother getting married anymore. Just live together. And all men will need to be neutered if they want touch a woman. Thank goodness I'm old.
