Good news (even if the title is "too short", so I'll just keep typing crap for a while..

After almost a month of waiting in trepidation for my wife's appointment with the heart specialist she had the appointment yesterday. The specialist looked at the original EKG which had caused the anesthetist to cancel her minor surgery because he saw evidence of a myocardial infarction, did another EKG, and announced there was no heart problem at all and whoever read the EKG was a fool and couldn't read it correctly. So, no heart problem for her!!!

I‘m glad that your wife’s heart is ok and she can have her surgery now.
Imho such a mistake is frightening. What if somebody would need a live-saving surgery that would get cancelled due to it?

@Rickichickie Well, the thing is it was minor one-day elective surgery, so they felt at ease about playing it safe. If it had been an emergency, they wouldn't have postponed.
