Phone security is pointless.
I should have just said I was my mom on the phone and got the information. What difference does it make if you get the grandchild? It’s not like you can actually verify I’m either person over the phone.
I’m trying to release my grandmothers body and my mom is getting so overwhelmed with everything I’m trying to take some of the load off. But no one will speak to me. I understand legality. But if the only thing stopping me from accessing information and making decisions is simply giving my mothers name, then you’re system is pointless anyway.
Noted, give them my mothers name from now on.
