How does someone develop a lot of mental health issues at once?

I had anxiety, but my new therapist said I tested high for body dysmorphia, Agoraphobia, OCD and one we didn't go over yet was PTSD, but I tested high for that too.

You probably haven't developed them all at once. Probably you had one or two then stress (especially in the last two years) made them more noticeable and you're just being properly diagnosed now. Realising which ones you have is the first step to dealing with them. ❤️

@Fluffybull Maybe, Fluffy. I can't tell my parents because they'd say it wasn't true. But I have my brother, Cloud and my degu, Venom. My brother also said it's because a lot went untreated for so long and I was getting more stressed.

@Manfredthemanic Yes, your brother is right as usual! 👏👏❤️ Don't bother trying to share your thoughts with your parents if they are unsupportive. Share with your therapist, your brother and on here with the right people if you feel safe doing so. You sound a lot more of a braver person than your parents are. 👏❤️
