I have a very strict family who control every aspect of my life and I find it difficult to suffer but impossible to throw off. I am trapped in a lifestyle of abuse and control that is impossible to leave.

I had a friend in Uni who's parents did the same to her although she was younger. She recovered from it and was a strong person so ride with the punches and know that at the end of the day it was them doing the looking and you growing stronger
