I have a very strict family who control every aspect of my life and I find it difficult to suffer but impossible to throw off. I am trapped in a lifestyle of abuse and control that is impossible to leave.

what kind of abuse are you referring to? its often difficult for people your age as they attempt to push back against traditional values and ways of their parents.
