Strict Family
I have a very strict family who control every aspect of my life and I find it difficult to suffer but impossible to throw off. I am trapped in a lifestyle of abuse and control that is impossible to leave.

I am sorry to hear that. My family is strict but they definitely aren't abusive. Do you other adults you can talk to?
