What do i do?

Long story short I was told to get all the trash together before mom and sibs get back. I found a second trash can in mom and dad's room FULL of empty whiskey bottles. I left it alone.

Could this be why my mom has been spazzing out on me so much lately?

Should I tell her I know? I don't know what to do. All advice please
