My grandpa got my baby sick

so my grandpa paid for me and my daughter to visit him and then decided to put us out of his house in the rain because his gf stays at their other apartment and he wanted to be over there with her. My baby was never exposed to rain before and she doesn't get vaccinated until next week. Now she's so congested that she's throwing up mucus and not breathing right all the time. I feel really upset because he was very aware that she wasn't supposed to be outside in the rain. Feel like i can't trust my family with my daughter and just want to distance myself for a while. Every time she cries from choking, I get mad 😠
