For those who never had it, it is phyllo dough stuffed with meat and cheese. And some with spinach. It's Turkish.

If anyone needs gluten free phyllo recipe, I will add it later to the thread.

I also had to make more of these because it wasn't enough last time, and my uncle wanted more 😋

There was a family when I was growing up with the surname of Börek.
This is the first time I've heard that name as a food (even though it looks like something I've eaten before).

@DragonFruit Yes, it's a Turkish surname too. I guess their ancestors loved pies.
