I Have Very Vivid Dreams

I have the same dream each time I am upset and stressed.

I am at my old neighbourhood and can't remember my address now.

My mum is still there (she died 19 years ago and the building has been redeveloped)

@Underconstruction: No. My life was hell at that address and I was so glad to move to the flat I am in now. I love this area and also find it a luxury being on one level.
But you did have a fair point as you don't know the history.

My anxiety dream usually involves me driving my car but the breaks are malfunctioning.

@Chanel: When I'm particularly anxious it is, the other recurring one is I'm in a dispute with someone and as I try to respond and defend myself my throat tightens up choking my words.
But I take Lorazepam for anxiety so i'm normally not all that anxious.
