my vivid lucid dream was terrifying

fuck I just woke up
from a horrible vivid dream in the dream I was inside a virtual game that was too real traped in an elevator there was a woman demon succubus in the other side screaming wanting to kill me and I coudnt turn the game off I had to come out and face her but I didnt dare so I closed my eyes and started praying and then I woke up after along time of struggle. I was texting a friend in the elevator who was in his own game too and he was telling me to mate with her so she didnt Hurt me.... as a way to escape her ...... but I coudnt....I was asking him to please come and help me and enter my game but he coudnt do it
