What do you do right after you have a bad dream?

I just had a nightmare that my house burnt down 😭. My family died and I lost everything 😭.

Not necessarily "bad" per se... but I just had a weird dream where the wife of one of my affairs found out about us and she came to confront me about it.

For some reason, I had to go back to my old high school from my mum's house and the wife came with me... she and I were quite good friends after that experience.

We were laughing and having fun together.

Like you, though, I find myself unable to sleep again and here on SW...
