Allowing people who have "childhood related fetishes" in a website where there are lot of PTSD sufferers and even children

Even if it is their own childhood fetishizing..is actually choosing the first type of users over those who wish to heal and grow and become better people. They pollute the space by expressing those tendencies for the rest of us.

The two categories cannot coexist without the second paying a heavy price, their true healing and mental peace. This place can either be one for healing or one for predation. Not both.

@HikingMan no no thats too orwellian we dont want 30 mins of hate
I agree with you but this is not a site for healing, it's a social media site, there are better places to find healing than this one

It is not something you find. It is an intentional journey people take and any place can become a part of it.

I believe in transforming any environment to a healthy one, rather than limiting oneself to whatever is offered.

It is too constraining to think what doesn't work for me , also doesn't work for someone else. But a tool has to first be sharpened and this place is a tool like any other.
It's effed up for Andrew to eaven allow sketchy forums on here, like "attracted to girls", I think that only legitimizes and encourages the creeps, especially in their own minds. This site would be better with no "forums" at all rather than to try to accommodate every possible side or view on any topic in even a naively well-intentioned manner while creating or allowing the user creation of forums that ate most likely going to be abused rather than serve any healing role.

@SnickersDOM I agree. Why allow such creeped out forums that just legitimizes and attracts the garbage.
@Magenta I imagine just this aspect of the site and perhaps EP before it is part of what cements the apparent spread of its reputation as a creep-friendly destination among that lot
Yep and then these “fetisher” will dig up the most heart wrenching post about someone’s trauma and turn it into a sick fantasy.
