I Want to Get Over My Childhood Trauma

finding it really hard to come off as happy today. I have become pretty great at hiding how I feel on the inside all the time and act like a bubbly happy person whenever people are around.. hell even here I do it most of the time, but damn today has been really really hard and it was due to seeing something that made me remember something that I must have just blocked out..
Now I cant get it out of my head and just want to hit my head on the wall over and over again to just focus on something else..

thought maybe writing my thoughts would help but it isn't so far, just making me more upset.. anyway I'm sorry for a pointless post .. yeah I don't know ..
