most recent was buying a ford truck back in November. the a/c is out again. so back to the dealer and as soon as it is fixed I will be a the Chevrolet dealer

Ok... Ford guy here, but I understand your pain. They have to work, or you go somewhere else. Get it right or I'll buy another product. Do it. Serves them right.
