While difficult, one can bounce back from mistakes. You need to make a plan with rules to follow. And have milestones that take work but you can achieve. Doing this will show others that you have a plan, goals, and a direction. Staying consistent and meeting goals will help gain the trust of others. The key is to not follow impulsive thoughts. Before you do anything, ask yourself...Is this part of my plan? Will it lead to making a goal or sabotage myself? I asked my kids before they did something to "think before you do...". That is the key to getting back on track and feeling better. Hang in there. 🤗
