Aggressive people are capable of doing good things. I don't think people understand that.

Just because I am feeding a stray dog or sharing my meal with a homeless person, it doesn't mean I won't feel like gutting you when I perceive you as a threat.

The problem is my mind often magnifies what might be a threat and on second thoughts I always realize I am just being too angry.

I don't see your thought processes as a maladaptive behavior. Not in these times when random violence seems to pop up all over the place for little or no reason. Especially for a young women in a city trying to help those in need.

I appreciate your efforts to help animals and people in need. This homeless situation is terrible and WAY out of hand. I truly appreciate your efforts hon.
