@SW-User I was raised a certain way. Then I decided I could change. I could be me. I could raise my voice. I could take what was good about what I was taught and I could develop me too. I think, we, as women, can do most anything. We can be polite and outspoken and...anything. You start young and you learn. You are doing just fine. It is easier when you live on your own not under your parent's roof.

@FrozenRose LOL. I wouldn't call them demons. Every part of a person serves a purpose-the good, the ugly, the "bad". You decide what to call them. And you decide what sets you free or helps you evolve.

I moved away from home when I was 18.

@PoetryNEmotion but I think it’s so unfair how girls are raised, and my mom is younger than you

@SW-User Was your mother not raised by her mother? Values change from generation to generation. That is good in many ways.

@PoetryNEmotion I guess so but still there is a big difference how you raise girls and boys.

@SW-User There always will be. It started in caveman times. We can only change it slowly.
