I’m not into it but cousin marriages shouldn’t be taboo. In the 200,000 year history of Homo sapiens, almost all humans lived in small nomadic bands of closely related family members. Brother and sisters could avoid each other (and likely did) as did parent and child but cousins and second cousins were likely the only choices,
