i dread going to the gym

[c=005E2F]i don't think they like me there....i just go to keep fit and manage my type 2 diabetes, ive not been for 4 weeks, so i need to go....but when i go, i'm left to my own devices, the reception staff are standoffiish and unfriendly towards me...and other gym goers, other lads, some look at me in a lingering manner........but the gym is only across the road from me, so should i still try to make the effort and go?

i also hate the rnb/ rap music they play all the time in the speakers[/c]

I left the gym because I've been so inconsistent.. I see people losing weight, getting in shape etc but I used to feel like a loser because I couldn't be regular. Eventually I left because I kept paying the fees but not showing up.

@darkmere1983 I get it. I used to feel judged by everyone there. As if I'm not disciplined enough...

Gyms rely on people paying membership and not turning up.

Try running
Small portions and low gi diet may work.
I’m diabetes two.
