I've learned to reframe those regrets into lessons learned... it works, most of the time.

@Ontheroad Regrets suck! They last a lifetime. But using them as life lessons is a good idea.

@TexChik I've always been good with regrets. I tell myself (sometimes out loud) "Well, that was a dumba$$$ move/decision - let's not do that again", then mark it up as a lesson learned. Yes, it's a mind game, but it works😁
