What's something you wish you would've said in the moment?

It's taken me 20 years to realize i should have said something once..

The last thing I recall saying to my grandpa before he died a week or so later was, "I'd rather hang out with my friends than you." Now, I'd give years of my life to go back and tell him. "I love hanging out with you! Let's go eat some ice cream!"

Maybe told the truth instead of saying nothing and changing the subject
