i've cut myself off from people and now sort of regret it

[c=BF0080][i]ive lived as recluse for a long time, cut myself off from people, and now i have nobody but my elderly parents who live far from me....people i knew in days of yore are long gone, i have no one now, but as i said my elderly folks....but what will i do when they are no longer around?...what will become of me then?

i'm 46 now.[/i][/c]

They no doubt worry about you. Would be nice for both your sakes if you could become involved in a gym, club or even voluntary work so you are meeting people and have an interest.

@meggie that is my plan longterm, i know that it is me that has to do something about it, nobody's gonna rescue me.
