my mom once said she does bc she had us young as she was taught that this is all there is to life, tbh i feel bad for her

@SW-User my mother told me basically the same thing. Women are meant to get married after highschool and start a family and be a homemaker. They shouldn’t work but if the have to, the only acceptable jobs are secretary, nurse or teacher. And never go to college or university because you will become a lesbian. So my sister went to university and I went to college and she was convinced we’d both become lesbians
