People are disagreeable by nature and thrive on trying to prove you wrong at any cost, rather than being respectful or even half way considerate of your opinion. That's why it's best to speak clear and bold and then leave. Do not engage in discussion. Most people are desperate stubborn mules clinging to any shred of conflict. Not worthy of good leadership. Just damnable souls full of chaos.
