I Had A Nightmare Which Felt So Real

My character was in an old house and he was sitting in the kitchen a couple of paces away from a stove/oven and he was crying, and I know why he was crying...because he was turning into Russell Brand and it was painful and horrifying for him, like he didn't want to become him. Because as mentioned in the nightmares i've brought up before Russell Brand technically is...umm...i'm not sure what kind of supernatural creature he is but he's got vampire and demon-like attributes and also he's my character's arch enemy, which means if my character was to become like him he'd turn evil. And that's something I don't want. I don't want my character to become like Russell and turn evil, and I swear this nightmare felt very real to me. Guys, if this ever happens to me for real on here - please find a cure or hold me down.
