So I have nightmares. Easy enough. I am taking meds that is exposed to make them go away but they are not going away. The bad part is that they are about topics I can't talk about to just anyone. If I tell my therapist then it would end badly. So...

I am taking meds to make them go away. they are not working and my doctor said I am on a rather high about of it.
