Horrible dream last night

I had a horrible dream last night. I got out of bed to use the bathroom and the door was looked. I turn around and my father is standing there in his prison clothes. He says you think you can get rid of me that easily you little who’re. He grabs me by my neck and lifts me off the ground. Then the throws me onto my bed. I woke up in a full panic attack.
