has anyone here taken prazosin for nightmares?

@itsok Maybe try hydroxine, I don't dream nearly as much with that and it's completely harmless

@MartinTheFirst it doesn’t ease the nightmares at all, but it helps with anxiety some. I don’t think this is something people go to for an occasional nightmare or a mild disturbance. I slept 5 hours last night, and this is the third nightmare from last night’s sleep I’ve woken up shaking from which means it’s the best night of sleep I’ve gotten in a week so far. When this goes on for months and years at a time, it is torture

@itsok You're going to a psychologist and therapist right?

@MartinTheFirst I’ve had both for 17 years, but I’ve been without them for 3 months now
