I have not but if you find something that helps i'd be really interested to know what it is . The nightmares and lack of real sleep affect me all the next day , most of mine are actually memories reliving stuff from the past . I have tried sleep meds but they just made the dreams last longer ,i couldn't wake up from them like i would without meds.

@kodiac hey I wanted to give you an update on Prazosin. It has not decreased the amount of times im waking up during the night. I thought I was waking up because of the nightmares.
But what is happening is I don’t wake up scared or panicked. It is such a weird feeling to wake up calm. I don’t know if I’ve ever woken up calm before, prior to this.
From what im told, I may still be having the same dreams, but im just not stressed or reactive to them with prazosin.
