Best cure for nightmares usually for me is to talk about it with family/friends then a healthy dose of activities that take my mind off it such as games or tv or playing with the pets.. and then sleeping pill before bed. Usually after that routine the nightmare doesn’t repeat. As it’s off my mind and replaced by the following day.
