I have anxiety dreams all the time(yes I have OCD). Never been on that drug, though.

@itsok Lexapro helped with my unwanted thoughts. Strangely enough, my dad tried it and it gave HIM nightmares.

@uncalled4 I've heard really weird things about Lexapro and I've used to myself. I personally like it for me. But it definitely can enhance certain emotions
