Do you have nightmares?

More recently I have been having nightmares that like I feel this dark thing trying to get me kinda like sleep paralysis where I am trying to get up and I can feel the spirit of something bad staring at me through my closet or my door. Every time u it is about to get me I wake up screaming before it does.

Actually I just googled it and it’s says I can be having these nightmares because of a major event and my mom just past away in July and that’s where the nightmares been happening since

I had a bad dream last night but I wouldn't call it a nightmare. I was supposed to have a surgery but suddenly I realized they haven't done proper tests to actually confirm I really needed it. So I tried to get away from them.
