Nightmares and stomach aches

@Jimmy2016 I really do. Arizona has been on my mind a lot. Unfortunately I’m stuck right now. The house needs a lot of repairs and my son wants to be near his dad for awhile.

Arizona would be nice! Some place high in the mountain areas were the temperature would be around 80F year round.....Not 110F like Phoenix.......
As far as your house, see if you can found a buyer yourself that would buy it as is.........Then call a realtor and have them just act as a broker and just do the paper work........Should cost be around 2% instead of the 6-7% it would cost to put it the house on the market.......just a thought........

@Jimmy2016 Selling this house even as is would bring in plenty to buy a land and home in AZ. It’s my son. He asked to stay in Delaware for a year to be close to his dad. That’s the only family the poor kid has and I’m struggling on my own right now. It’s gonna hurt no matter what, I’m just trying to show my son his happiness is important.
