Another night terror

There she was again in my dream that just woke me up. It was intense. As soon as I saw her, she started slowly approaching me from distance and with every moment she inched closer, my anxiety grew more and more until I finally woke up hyperventilating. Guess I need someone to talk to about my trauma again.
