It was awful and unprevoked [I Had a Nightmare]

I keep having recurring nightmares about being abducted by a criminal and forced into a taxi at knifepoint. This, thankfully, has never happened to me and I always wake up before he does too much to me, but I always wake up sweating bullets and with my heart pounding. After having it I can never get back to sleep that night
