I Have Recurring Dreams and Nightmares

I just woke up from a horrific nightmare, dozed off asleep an hour ago, the sun was out and shiny, now it's after sunset, I just woke up from a bizzare reoccurring dream. I dreamed about my late best mate who committed suicide 14 years ago (mentioned last post.) last time I dreamed about this he was unpacking boxes and told me to help as it will be my new home soon. But this dream the room or house we were at was all unpacked, my late friend tells me to "check out my room. 3 weeks it yours, but you have a huge ride before hand, then it's all over". So I walked into my room, it looked the same as my room as it is now, but black and white, with only orange highlights and blue shadows, obliviously I lay on my bed and felt another person laying there completely under the covers. I opened the covers and there it was, my body, at the start of the decomposition process, as I went for a closer look, it woke and turned to look at me and said "3 weeks and you sleep here" now I'm awake, restless and packing bricks scared. I felt like I saw a ghost when I woke up. 😬😬😬😬😬😬😬😬😬😬
