I Had Strange Nightmare

Yesterday I dreamt that I was in this laboratory and there was this person strapped down to an examination table, and a man with a chainsaw had cut that person from the top of their head to the center of their stomach while them still being awake. It terrified me beyond belief, so I tried to search up what it meant, I didn’t really get an answer, but I did get something that said:
“If you see someone else being cut in a dream then this may imply that someone in your waking life is not being as open with you as you would like” and honestly, it kind of made sense in my case.
