I Have Nightmares

My vision was black. A man’s voice says “do you know who else is in your room?”
I wake then and a few seconds later I see the blanket at the foot of the bed moving, like something is coming from underneath. It jumps onto my feet.
It was just my dog.

I know you probably have anxiety from strict upbringing, but did you ever think even for a teeny bit that running away from your roots might cause more harm than good? A counselor I spoke to for my depression told me that family can be a good support system. Better believe it, its alot nicer when family are allies, the support is so much nicer than seeking it from utter strangers! Its a big bad world, dont do it alone!
