I Had A Nightmare That Seemed So Real

In the dream, some middle aged guy who's very sick in the head tried to stab me with a needle to leave marks on my body.. I was so scared so I went to the police and told them about it and begged them to protect me.. the police man was a guy around my age, instead of helping me, he blamed me saying that I should've been grateful that someone's so in love with me that he wants to leave marks on my body so that everybody knows I'm his property... I was like wtf? Then he took my phone and jerked off to my pics with his pal.. then I started crying in the lobby feeling super helpless and desperate.. that's when I woke up
Actually I think I had a dream about that sick middle aged guy before...😖 Now I'm leaving the lights on and afraid to go back to sleep

That's not uncommon norcanything to be afraid of. It happens naturally during dream sleep. It's your body's mechanism to keep you from thrashing around and hurting yourself while you're not conscious. Sometimes you wake while it's still effecting you.

@NodandaWink I know but I saw someone coming in from my bedroom door and walking towards me it was so real I was really scared and couldn't move😣

I know, I've had the same thing happen several times. It's quite unnerving when it happens. Important to get your rational mind back on track after and out it all in perspective. You were still dreaming awake. It's weird as hell though for certain.
