Most people either avoid talking about mental illness or try to hide the fact that they are effected by some form of it.
I spent so many years of my life trying to not have my mental illness and trying to conceal all the things I think by not sharing openly. Always guarded.
In the past three or four years I have come to grips with the fact that I am and always have been a stranger in a strange land. I am an odd duck on almost every level.
But people seem to like having me around more than before now that I have just been being me.
I'm not saying that when I meet new people that my older friends don't have to give the he has Bipolar disclaimer off to the side, but it is working for me.
Glade your dreams seem to making a turn for the better. :-)

That's great. It would help if you could set your medicine on your table or by a side table where you sit in your chair and that way you would see it not forget it. I'm so glad you had a better dream. Love you

@Lilnonames Oh gosh, well I hope that it turns around for you as well, and that your dreams become sweet...I told my psychiatrist and he just moved one of my meds around from night time to the morning and so far it's working.
