@SpectralMourning intense.
I decided to use my medium toothbrush this morning, instead of the ultra soft. I really wanted to scrape my gums and tongue raw.
However, I’m almost out of toothpaste. I really had to squeeze it out.

@itsok I sort of edged today myself. I kind of skimped on the fluoride rinse. But then I checked the cabinet thinking maybe I had bought some and in fact there was a new bottle. So I doubled up on the fluoride because why not it’s the weekend.

@SpectralMourning we really treated ourselves today. Was the fluoride rinse flavored?

@itsok No it’s a listerine rinse with fluoride. Nothing fancy. But it seems to do the job. I still have teeth. How was the tongue and gums buffing? No lingering soreness I hope?

@SpectralMourning no, no lingering soreness from the brushing, but there was a close call with my lunch being slightly too hot. I nearly hurt my tongue.

@itsok Gods, I’m glad you’re okay. Was it soup? You shouldn’t have been alone.

I KNOW. I’ve been screaming this from the rooftops (in my head) all day.

@itsok I spent the day outside in the sun. Yard work. Tomorrow likely won’t move.

@itsok You bet he absolutely was. I’ll come spend the day with you tomorrow and make sure Goldilocks has her pasta at the right temp.
