how can i accept living alone and the immense loneliness
i've lived alone 20 years now...i like my own company...but i get immensely lonely as my only support system are my elderly parents who live far away.....meanwhile i struggle with a personality disorder and i feel empty, like i'm all alone here in this apartment.......im doing well in general in my life, im making efforts to go swimming at the gym...but at night here i feel all on my own?
