Life can be very isolating.
Especially if you have little contact with folk away from the field of work or immediate family.

I think sometimes you need to get out from your comfort zone and go explore.

And if your 'comfort zone' is being glued to your phone on social media every night that's scarcely a substitute for real in-person interaction.
